These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) of (a) use of our website ccbp.in (“Website”), our applications (“Application”) or any products or services in connection with the Application/, Website/products (“Services”) or (b) any modes of registrations or usage of products, including through SD cards, tablets or other storage/transmitting device are between CNTS Private Limited(“Company/We/Us/Our”) and its users (“User/You/Your/Candidate”).
These Terms constitute an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 thereunder, as amended from time to time.
Please read the Terms and the privacy policy of the Company (“Privacy Policy”) with respect to registration with us, the use of the Application, Website, Services and products carefully before using the Application, Website, Services or products. In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms and any other policies with respect to the Application or Website or Services or products, the provisions of the Terms shall prevail.
Your use/access/browsing of the Application or Website or the Services or products or registration (with or without payment/with or without subscription) through any means shall signify Your acceptance of the Terms and Your agreement to be legally bound by the same.

Training Programs
Registration: To register for our training programs, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You agree to keep your information up-to-date and notify us of any changes. If any student does not pay the fee on the due date as mentioned in the admission form or is a defaulter in the fee payment, he/she shall be stopped from attending the classes. Students are required to submit ID proof, Address proof, and one recent passport size photograph at the time of admission. Management at its sole discretion shall have the right to reject the admission of any candidate based on its evaluation.
Payment: Payment for our training programs must be made in full prior to the start of the program. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration for a training program, you must do so at least 7 days before the start of the program. We will provide a full refund for cancellations made within this timeframe. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the program are non-refundable.
Batch Cancellation: UpBasic reserves the right to cancel any training course/batch in case of insufficient enrolment. In such cases, students will be notified and given the option to reschedule for a future course or receive a full refund of their registration fees. Please note that UpBasic is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the student in the event of a course cancellation. In cases of weather or natural disasters, students will have the opportunity to reschedule for a future training course.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in our training programs, including course materials and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, or disclose any part of our training programs without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that our training programs or placement services will result in job offers or career advancement. We provide these services on an “as is” basis without any warranties, express or implied.
Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our training programs or placement services.
